In St. Joseph, Missouri, about 45 minutes north of Kansas City: an easy day trip.

Tickets
$20 weekend pass (plus sales tax), good for both days. There are no single-day tickets. Kids 5 and under are free. VIP tickets are coming soon.

Where do I park?
Parking is free, in the grass field right next to Castle Bridge Event Center.
Can I leave and come back?
Yes! Re-entry is allowed. Just keep your wristband on.
Can I bring food or drinks?
Out of fairness to our food vendors, no outside food or drink is allowed, except one sealed bottle of water per guest. You'll find plenty to eat and drink on the grounds.
Can I wear a costume?
Absolutely! Costumes are welcome and encouraged. Please keep them family-friendly.
Can I bring my sword (or axe, or dagger)?
Yes, but all metal weapons must be peace-tied, secured so they cannot be drawn, at all times. See our Festival Policies for details.
What should I bring?
Comfortable shoes, sunscreen and a hat, one sealed bottle of water, a little rain gear just in case, and cash for the marketplace.
Do merchants take cards? Is there an ATM?
Cash is preferred, though most merchants also take cards. There's an ATM on site inside the Castle Bridge venue building.
Is smoking allowed?
Please don't smoke or vape around crowds. Our cigar merchant, Bad Ash Cigars, usually hosts a designated smoking area.
What if it rains?
The festival is held rain or shine.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are available up to 7 days before the festival through Eventbrite.
Is it kid-friendly?
Very! Bluffwoods is family-friendly, and kids 5 and under get in free. Please keep children supervised at all times.
Can I bring my dog?
Leashed, well-behaved pets are welcome under our pet policy. See Festival Policies for the full rules.
